EVERYDAY LEADERSHIP: ORGANISING THINGS AROUND MYSELF

So there was a project given by Amal to fix the stuff around me. So I took a look around myself and thought why not start from my bedroom? So my dresser needed the most definite attention because I've been ignoring the mess I made on that and didn't have the motivation to fix it.

As you can see how much of a disorganized person I am :p. It was obviously so messy and I tend to be an ignorant person. This needed to be fixed because this can be distracting for me and I can lose focus on my work.

What I did is I took some time and cleaned up this mess by organizing all the things to where they actually belong and cleaned it up a bit. The outcome is pretty good.

I feel pretty good after this and probably I wouldn't have done this if it wasn't for this project. It's because I am a messy and clumsy person but I am working on it and I try to create as little mess I can.

I think that this does relate to everyday leadership as I had the control to clean up this mess and also learned that leadership does not necessarily mean to show it on businesses and corporates it can be shown through our homes too.
